Intellectual Propertly

  5. Trade Secrets Protect the confidential information of a business that gives it a competitive advantage, such as formulas, processes, or manufacturing methods.

Termination of Contract

  1. Termination initiated by the employer For example, in an employment contract, the employer may decide to terminate the employment for economic, disciplinary, or performance-related reasons.
